Orzo is a great base for a side. Really, you can add any vegetable you want to it.
2 cups Orzo
Small Mozzarella Balls
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cook the orzo per the instructions on the box.
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then set aside in a large bowl.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to the orzo.
Let the orzo cool slightly and then add the mozzarella balls.
