BBQ Sauce

The choices for bottled BBQ sauce over in Europe is sadly lacking, so I had to get fancy and make my own. This goes great with BBQ Pork Ribs or Pulled Pork


Yields just over 3 pints



2 1/2 cups Ketchup (590 g) 
2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Molasses

1/4 cup Honey (local is better) 
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Water
3 tablespoons Worchestire Sauce
5 teaspoons Mustard (yellow mustard, but not French's) 
4 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 
3 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Pepper


Combine all the ingredients size sauce pot. Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer until all the sugar has dissolved and it has thickened slightly. Serve immediately or cover and store in fridge or freeze in glass jars.
